How to Delete Your Account
- Open zinaaa and go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Your account is immediately deactivated and your profile becomes invisible. Full data deletion is completed within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile, photos, and bio
- Your match history and all messages
- Your account details (name, phone, email)
- Your payment history (though Stripe may retain transaction records for legal compliance)
- Your location history and usage data
What May Be Retained
In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data beyond 30 days:
- Safety records related to serious abuse, harassment, or illegal content — retained for up to 7 years to protect other users and comply with legal obligations
- Anonymised, non-identifiable analytics data (no personal identifiers)
- Records required by financial regulations (transaction records, not personal profile data)
Request Data Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app: email [email protected] with your registered phone number and request. We will complete deletion within 30 days and confirm in writing.
Your GDPR Right to Erasure
